I have tried many, many sinus remedies over the years and the only effective remedy I found was to take decongestants almost constantly. It's very easy to use a neti pot and pleasant. If you get the temperature and salt concentration right there is not stinging or other unpleasant feeling and it is quick to do. You can easily fit in using the neti pot however busy your day.
